At OTR, we create apparel that’s built to last and designed to move with you. If your order isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Once approved, ship within 7 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer. International returns are accepted on eligible items; customers cover shipping, duties, and taxes.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, returns showing signs of wear (including marks from makeup, deodorant, sweat, or fake tan) cannot be accepted.

Faulty items: If your item arrives damaged, or develops a fault within 3 months of purchase, please contact our team at info@ontherunclub.com (with photos and order details). Faults reported after this period may be treated as general wear and tear.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

Simply visit our Returns Portal and follow the steps:

1. Enter your order number and email
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return
3. Choose your preferred resolution:

• Exchange (swap for another size or product, subject to availability)
• Refund (to your original payment method)

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your right to cancel your order under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
